Open source, not maintained-for-free-forever
Two different promises, easy to confuse
pgloader is open source, developed in public, and free to use — that’s not changing. But “open source” and “maintained for free forever” aren’t the same promise. If pgloader is part of how your production migration actually happened, or part of how your CI pipeline loads test data every day, its ongoing maintenance is worth funding the same way any other piece of your infrastructure is.
Support for pgloader — and pg_auto_failover, pgcopydb, and pgextwlist — is handled through oss.theartofpostgresql.com: one subscription, tiered by how much priority your production actually needs.
